CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTUAL SALE OF ROULETTE COMPUTERS
Any orders placed will be checked prior to dispatch to ensure everything is working as it should be by independant inspectors. Please note that anyone attempting to defraud us though chargebacks through Paypal claiming the device does not work should NOTE: Paypal are well aware of such scams and can check previous customers of ours to prove that the equipment works as we claim. Packages are bespoke and cannot be returned due to the nature of the health and hygiene particularly hearing aids once dispatched. We we will replace any individual part of the package upon it been returned and found to be defective due to manufacturing, not accidental damage. In the case of damaged goods in transit, we will replace the items listed as damaged once they have been returned and inspected.
NOTE: Insurance of packages
We insure packages to some countries and provide tracking free of charge, but not all! Please make sure you check yourself if your package is covered, it is your responsibility and in the event of a package going missing without insurance becomes your liability and not ours. We only ever had one person claiming to not have recieved their package in all the years we have been in business and they had NOT paid insurance although they was offered this option. This person then went on to try and place the blame on us when it was clearly his own fault. We had proof of postage, but without insurance you have no claims against us or any postage company. This is why postage companies offer Insurance.
Delivery Times and payment clearance
Bespoke items such as hearing aids, switches , modified phones and PDAs are usually in stock, but sometimes we need to make your items when stocks are low or you require a special item, we require a time period of up to 14 working days maximum sometimes if items are not in stock. Please contact us prior to your order to discuss if you expect your order sooner. Usually we dispatch within 5 clear full working days, ignoring weekends and bank holidays after payments have cleared. If paying by Paypal, allow 5 full clear working days after we have recieved confirmation from yourself, excluding Weekends and bank holidays after we have transferred funds to our bank account, only then will your package be dispatched as soon as the next available working day is available for collection by the courier. Sometimes over a bank holiday you could be waiting 14 days before your package is dispatched if payment is made by Paypal.
Confidentiality
All purchasers are requested to keep all associated material, hardware, software and knowhow confidential to themselves . Any information regarding our products is NOT to be made public without our prior wrtitten consent and outlined proposals put forward before been released. We reserve all rights to our products, hardware and technical aspects of our inventions. Anyone in breech of these requests will be liable and we will seek and damages incurred by such actions if any such occur.
